Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped free of charge with standard letterbox post within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Orders above € 75, - are shipped insured for free. The delivery time of personalized jewelry is in consultation.
A cooling-off period of 14 days applies to every purchase. You may return the product (if unused) within this period. Return shipments must be registered in advance by e-mail at the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that the jewelry is always well packaged when returned. You can possibly use the packaging in which you received the jewelry to return it.
Personalized products are excluded from return. You must take care of the return shipping costs yourself. As soon as we have received the returned item, the amount paid will be refunded to your account.
If you want to pick up the jewelry on location, you can indicate this at the checkout with the option 'pick up at the store'. However, payment must be made directly online in order to complete the order. Take a look at our opening hours before you pick up your order. This way you never stand in front of a closed door, and we have a nice chat.
We give a warranty of 6 months on the products supplied by us. If your purchase becomes defective during the warranty period, you can send an e-mail to email@example.com. We will then advise you on the return shipment and repair or replacement of your purchase.

In many cases, the piece of jewelery can be repaired for a small fee.
